This is a rare opportunity to join the fun, friendly and growing team at Mantle Business Centres, in our Chelmsford centre, Elizabeth House.
We’re looking for a Client Services Co-ordinator to work with our Centre Manager. The role is an action-packed mixture of front of house, customer service, sales, and building management, so you’ll need to be a multi-tasking expert. You’ll be part of the team of two at the location itself, with support from our head office team in Stansted – it’s a real chance for you to shine. When the Centre Manager is away, you will step up and run the centre, so you’ll need to be ready to take on some responsibility.
You’ll be enthusiastic, a great communicator, brilliant at front of house, and able to think on your feet. You don’t need to have worked in a business centre before (although it helps!) – but we need to be able to see that you have excellent customer service skills. You’ll be happy to pick up the phone and speak to both existing and potential new clients.
We (and our clients) like things done well, so you will have an eye for detail and you won’t want to leave a job half done. We like to think we go above and beyond for our clients, so you’ll always be looking for a chance to impress.
