We use a third-party provider to administer any events under the brand name “Go Meet”. When you click to buy a ticket for one of our networking events you will be directed to an online third-party provider to complete your booking. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details outside of the group attending the event. We remove details from our booking system at the end of each calendar month.
When you use our Wi-Fi in our business centres, we will collect the device name you use to connect. This information is not stored and only used for connection. At Kings Court, our Wi-Fi collects the guest’s name and email address. This is used for connection and reporting purposes and is retained for 90 days.
Our business centres are monitored by 24 hour CCTV. The CCTV is in place for security of our buildings and are only used for this purpose.
Our IT systems are protected by firewalls and anti-virus software. We complete an offsite backup to UK based private servers to an encrypted vault.
Your information will be shared with some third party processors who we use for storage and business management. These include CRM systems and cloud storage systems. We may permit selected third party providers whom we work with to use your information if required to improve your service. We do ensure that any third parties we use for this reason are GDPR compliant.
Mantle Business Centres Limited may also share your information with other companies if there is a need to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
